These terms govern your use of waldtiefe.com (the “Site”), operated by Waldtiefe (“we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Products in development
Watches shown or described on the Site are in development. Designs, specifications, materials, water-resistance ratings, pricing, availability and timing are targets and may change before release. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, and no order or contract is formed until you complete a purchase on terms presented at that time.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and lets us contact you about the launch. It does not reserve a watch, a serial number or a price, and does not guarantee you will be able to buy one. We may change or end the waitlist, or any early-access offer, at any time.
Using the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information or someone else’s contact details, interfering with its operation, attempting to access it by automated means beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, or using it for anything unlawful.
Our content
The Waldtiefe name, logo, sunburst mark, designs, text and images on the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal use, but you may not copy, modify or use our content or marks commercially without our written permission.
Your submissions
If you send us ideas, feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without obligation to you.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Any warranty for a watch will be the written warranty provided with that watch.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waldtiefe will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new terms.
