FAQ

Straight answers

What we know, and what we will tell you when we do.

When will the Reiter 200 be available?

We are in design now. Prototypes come next, then a Kickstarter campaign for the first run [target: summer 2027], with deliveries around the end of 2027. Waitlist members hear every date first.

How much will it cost?

[Pricing range to confirm before publishing.] Final prices will be announced to the waitlist before Kickstarter opens.

What do waitlist members get?

First access before public sale, early-backer pricing on Kickstarter, [a numbered first run: to confirm], and the build log as it happens. Joining is free and you can leave anytime.

How will the Kickstarter work?

The first run will be offered on Kickstarter with an early-backer price. Kickstarter is all-or-nothing: you are only charged if the campaign reaches its goal. [Launch date, campaign length and delivery window to be announced.]

Will there be a deposit or pre-order?

Not before Kickstarter. If we ever take pre-orders on this site, we will state the full price, when you are charged, the expected ship date and how to cancel, before you pay.

Where are the watches made?

[Case and assembly partner to be confirmed after supplier selection.] Movements come from Japan (Miyota) or Switzerland (Sellita), and every watch is labeled exactly as the law requires. See How we build.

What is the warranty?

Three years against defects in materials and workmanship.

Is it a dive watch?

It is rated to 200 meters with a unidirectional bezel, screw-down crown and caseback, and every watch will be pressure-tested. We will only call it a diver once a sample batch passes ISO 6425 at an independent lab.

Do you ship internationally?

[To be decided before launch.]
